from 115 high and preparatory schools in pennsylvania and new jersey attended the sessions which included round table discussions presenting of awards by phillip m palmer dean of the college of arts and science and talks by harvey a neville newly elected head of the department of chem istry dean c m mcconn and c william duncan columnist of the philadelphia evening ledger dale h gramley associate voted to restrict chair manship of the standing commit tees to members of the arcadia cabinet a special meeting of the cabinet will be held at 4:00 p m monday to name two other student members for each committee an amendment to the arcadia constitution was passed authoriz ing the elections committee to sel ect three instead of five candidates for presidency of the arcadia cab inet it was voted
