opera the telephone charles j moravec rutgers theme keynotes pre-game rally by herb teden amidst screaming sirens and exploding firecrackers approx imately 800 lehigh men yelled their heads off in unison with lehigh's cheerleaders friday night in front of drinker house a huge rupture rutgers sign adorned the front of drinker after much cheering and singing accompanied by le high's band joe currently at his peak whereas the future of the grace ful soprano appears relatively more promising hers is a youthful captivating voice — somewhat lacking in ex pression but excelling in clarity miss delys crystal-clear notes time and again pierced the lis tening atmosphere with dex terous thrusts what her deliv ery lacked in expression was more than compensated for by a surprising sense of control program too varied only with the program can any fault be found in at tempting a varied presentation satisfactory to a general audi ence an undue measure of tal ent was wasted there exists of
