lottery system will be used rather than a first-come-first-serve basis in order to ensure the fairness toward all students seeking additional tickets who are not able to get to the ticket office early won't be enough to accommodate stu dents ' additional requests for tick ets some students agree that a lot tery is the best method of selling the additional tickets i think the lottery is a pretty
