before the match even began saturday afternoon they made the engineers wait while the engineers were lined up for their introduction the nittany lions were off somewhere probably singing their praises funding of the hospital's new 65-million wing currently is under investigation any president has to trade off with congress in order to be successful mar ston noted however i don't think the u.s attorney's office should be a bargaining chip in that poker game he said marston said he would like to see the federal bureau of investigation and the justice department investigate the circumstances of that phone call from eilberg to see if there was obstruction of justice the job of u.s attorney is the best in the country for any lawyer because he can do something and have an impact on public problems marston said marston led a fight against corruption in eastern penn sylvania while u.s attorney while u.s attorney marston utilized consensual electronic surveillance consensual wiretapping or tape recording is done with the consent of one of the parties to a conversation marston said consensual surveillance is not a violation of the fifth amendment because the person who is unknowingly one time usually we have one or two dorney said delta tau delta phi sigma kappa chi phi psi upsilon and kappa sigma are currently on ifc academic probation fraternities are placed on ifc scholarship probation when the average of their member's grades is more than 35 below the all-men's average for the university dorney said the all-men's average for fall 77 was 2.635 while the all-fraternity average was 2.491 , according to a memo from dorney s office the reasons for a house being placed on ifc academic probation are not due to socialization that much it's coupled with other things dorney said factors detrimental to a fraternity's average include having many engineering majors in the house brothers living outside the house and a certain class with low grades he explained when a house
