pennsylvania's drinking age law has conflicted with common lehigh practice but the dean of students office is taking new steps to unite the two policies steps which might include rules above the social policy in view of the obvious difference between the law of the state and the reality of college campuses our approach is based on an educational process rather than a purely legal process dean in other motions henry is seeking either a change of venue or a change of venire for his trial — either holding the lawyers representing josoph henry the former lehigh student accused of killing freshman jeanne ann clery indicate they will use an insanity or mental infirmity defense when he is tried for the april 5 murder henry's defense counsel filed 256 pages of motions orders memorandums and exhibits friday at the northampton county criminal court clerk's office including notice of the insantity or mental infirmity defense the motion claims he suffered from such disease or defect of the mind that he did not understand the nature of quality of his actions . . . .
