one out of every 10 college students is an alcoholic according to mike green of collegiate consultants on drugs and alcohol green lectured on alcohol abuse tuesday night in packard lab auditorium if there is one thing wrong with society it's that we don't teach people how to drink he suggested colleges provide courses in drinking beer for freshmen followed by wine tasting for juniors and progressing to mixed drinks for seniors he spoke primarily on the attitudes of different types of drinkers after giving seven members of the audience index cards on which were written different kinds of drinkers the initials of which spelled alcohol the athlete the ladies the competitive drinker the occasional drinker the happy drinker the outspoken drinker and the legend as green mentioned each drinker in his talk the holder of the corresponding card went before the rest of the audience to give his own definition of the type i do not think these attitudes are bad green said i think the
