1922-1935 had been in ill health since 1934 approximately nine months before his retirement on may 21 1935 late in the summer of 1935 he and mrs richards moved to minneapolis where they have since resided funeral services will be held at 3 p m saturday in packer mem orial chapel bishop frank w sterrett of the bethlehem diocese of the protestant episcopal church will officiate he will be for 41 men since december 1940 meanwhile within the past few months federal government and state personnel agencies have be gun to request all kinds of engin eers to take examinations in june for
