lehigh university bethlehem pa friday november 1 1912 world's greatest athlete vol xx lehigh wireless club is formed no 12 party platforms freely discussed politics club hears three-sided argument men interested in wireless teleg raphy form organization the politics club held its second meeting of the year last tuesday in drown memorial hall the meeting was called to order at 7.45 p m by president w c fry 13 ; chimin chu-fuh 13 recorded the minutes the program for the evening consisted of the outlining of the platforms of the three important political parties in the present cam paign fritz 13 spoke for the republican policies nordenholt 15 for the democratic and lamb 13 for the progressive in his presentation of the re publican platform mr fritz dwelt partly on historical data norden continued on supplement to-morrow's games at a meeting held in the physics laboratory wednesday afternoon steps were taken in the organiza tion of a lehigh university wire less club w j dugan president of the electrical engineering so ciety acted as temporary chairman the following committee was ap pointed to draw up and present a constitution : sultzer weaver sam uels olson motter and dugan it is proposed to ally this club somewhat with the electrical so ciety so far that no student enter ed in the electrical course may join the club unless he has first joined the electrical society part or all of the meetings will be held jointly with the electrical society any student however who is at all interested in wireless telegraphy is eligible to join and is heartily urged to do so the meetings of the club will be mhch like the meet ings of the vari 1 igin ing so cieties ;
