statement was empha sized by dean parr who cited the sequence of events leading to the cancellation these are 1 modification of rushing and pledging dates music festival work ers need spring vacation in order to prepare adequately for the festival which is held usually the first or second weekend after the vacation this year however rushing falls during those two weeks and music festival had to be
