eight seniors end careers against lafayette tomorrow will then take place on upper field at that time the cheer leaders will lead everyone in the cheers at 9 p.m the pa jama parade will form outside taylor gymnasium led by the brown and white band the parade will march from new st to broad down main st and stop at moravian there the lehigh men will sere nade the moravian students in pre vious years such things as girls pouring water from upper floor windows have taken place the freshman skits are prepared by each of the residence halls sec tions in which freshmen live they usually depict the plight of lafa yette or some humorous phase of the lehigh-lafayette rivalry tonight at 7 p.m in grace hall the traditional pre-lehigh - lafayette game pep rally will start with the freshman skit contest finalists in the contest will be judged by prof william a aiken of the history depart ment prof auric n dunlap assistant professor of interna tional relations and mr lloyd c taylor graduate assistant of history and government after the judging the winners of the freshman song contest will sing a few lehigh songs immediately following the selection of the best pa jama costume will take place to end the ceremonies coach bill leckonby will give a short talk on the big game and will then intro duce the probable starting lineup the burning of the bonfire probable starting lineups by bill le clere sports editor past records can be thrown out when the lehigh engineers travel to easton tomorrow to clash with the lafayette leopards at fisher field neither squad will consider themselves favorites nor underdogs at kick-off time 1:30 p.m the experts rate the engi neers slight favorites on the basis of their win over rutgers who defeated lafayette and also due to their tie with muh lenberg another victor over the maroon and white this will be the 90th frame of the historic rivalry which has lasted for 70 years making it the longest con tinuous rivalry in the annals of american football the engineers trail in the series having won only 30 in comparison to lafayette's 56 victories three of the contests have ended in ties lehigh dropped last season's encounter after having taken the leopards into camp for three consecutive years neither team has ever been victorious for four straight years the engineers offense has been much more effective against com mon opponents lehigh having tal lied 46 points against bucknell and 33 against rutgers both teams which shut out the leopards in total offense lehigh has scored 159 points in picking up two victor ies against four defeats and two ties lafayette has scored 100 points in winning three and losing five captain harry stotz will re turn to action tomorrow after sitting out a week due to a rib injury stotz will be playing his last game for the engineers along with seven other seniors the stocky lehigh fullback has high hopes of ending his collegiate career with a win in commenting on the coming game pockets re marked upon the great spirit shown by the engineer squad in the past week's practices we really want to win this one commented stotz and we're in good physical shape and intend to make a good showing the attitude is good and the spirit is excellent it'll be a good ball-game alex maslowsky injured in a practice session this week should be in the starting line up and austin short and
