walsh bowdoin coach showed dissatisfaction with the current rule of limited substitutions eastern coaches at small colleges were in favor of a change by two to one leckonby said this does not necessarily mean he explained that they wish to return to two platoon football but rather to some modified form of one platoon foot ball from his own experience leckon by believed injuries to be more pro nounced under restricted substitu tion than in previous year's of two platoon play i have also found that at lehigh there were fewer re porting for practice than in other years this puts a bigger with the addition of the new dorm the quonset huts will come down and the sophomore squeeze which forces about half the non fraternity sophomores into town each year will be eliminated dr whitaker said that the pur pose of the new dorm is not to increase the undergraduate en rollment but to improve general conditions packer hall will be completely re done and will be part of the new univesity center this center will contain a snack bar and a cafeteria it will provide a place for local stu dents to congregate in order to bring the commuting student closer to campus activities the total cost of the new center and the dorm will be about 2,400,000 of this amount 200,000 has already been put aside the re 3-route choice for va game anyway you figure it the distance to charlottesville is
