at the council's meeting mon day evening in packard lab wilh bob canfield ch.e 52 named chairman the program will be ready in time to be used by next semester's pledge classes canfield said its purposes will be the improve ment of relations between frater nities and the university on the one hand and the townspeople on the other and the assignment of constructive work to pledge class es the idea for the committee came from a discussion held last semester at the phi gam ma delta birthday dinner according to canfield other committee chairmen named by president peterson nes bit c.e 52 at the meeting were scholarship phil rudolph bus 52 faculty advisers charles zug arts 52 and lafayette displays bob fountain bus 52 the committee on faculty ad visers will seek two faculty mem bers as
