mr william d mccaa assist ant footbal coach and mrs mccaa chaperoned council discusses co-op coal buying committee to be picked in fall cane to change hands a handbook for freshmen will be prepared by the fraternities and sent to all incoming freshmen it was decided last night at the in terfraternity council meeting in drown hall the handbook will be published by the fraternities for their
