honorary debating fraternity representatives of new york university dickinson college la tayette college rutgers university and lehigh will present impartial summaries of various phases of the subject following an open forum discussion lt col leonard will present a short resume of the topic bowen addresses closing session meeting friday to decide insurance commence ment policies to announce class day an insurance plan whereby the class of 1938 might at the end of 20 years make to the university a gift of approximately 30,000 will be presented to the senior class for its approval in a meet ing
