there was a definite cor relation between the officers of the epitome and certain fraterni ties for the past nine years the freshman handbook has not yet been investigated pi delt also recommended to musical clubs will be featured in new york glee club to broadcast a concert and dance will be given by the combined musical clubs friday evening march 11 at the town hall club new york city the affair is under the aus pices of the lehigh alumni club of new york prospective lehigh students and headmasters and principals of nearby schools are to be the spec ial guests of the club at the con cert it also marks the first time in seven years that the combined musical clubs have given a pro gram sponsored by an alumni club george c grow arts 38 president in announcing the con cert expressed hope that it would mark resumption of a series of big concerts in metropolitan areas a regular feature of glee club sea sons a decade ago coast-to-coast hookup in addition to the town hall appearance the meeting in packard laboratory this was the first reg ular meeting of the club organization and membership as yet not definitely settled by the club were tentatively planned two types of membership were discussed either or both of which may be adopted the first entails a higher membership fee and membership in the national aero nautical association the second gives only a membership in the local herbert h diamond head of the department of economics and sociology spoke on the wag ner act at the regular weekly meeting of the kiwanis club held yesterday in the hotel bethlehem the act falls into three main divisions he stated first a board is set up with the power to carry out the provisions of the act it self second the board is empow ered to prohibit unfair labor prac tices finally
