mascot question to the student body last week as the question of the week i ran this question for two hours from 1 1 a.m to 1 p.m in the red lounge and because it was greek week we didn't get a very good turnout cooper said the question asked students to choose between two different sketches for potential mascots of the 107 students who voted 72 liked the different sketches most of them agreed that there was a definite need for a mascot cooper said the senate will look into the pos sibility of forming a mascot possibly through the formation of an ad-hoc committee this committee might establish a contest among the student body to promote ideas for a mascot before the lehigh-lafayette game next semester we're definitely going to keep our nickname ticho said the mascot will have to correlate with the nickname ticho suggested the panel of judges who oversee such a contest would include student athletes who would make sure the new mascot would represent the athletes as well as the
