group of students and teachers at the moravian college for men on monday oct 20 the first of these phenomena may be demonstrated simply by squeezing drops of a suitable liquid such as ethanol onto its own surface a few of these drops will retain their spherical shaps and not merge with the surface of the liquid the second requires a dense layer of insoluble liquid below a layer of water if air is kilpatrick treasurer paul j frantz assistant director of ad missions wray h congdon dean of undergraduates and andrew w litzenberger superintendent of buildings and grounds these men realized that the university's housing facilities would be unable to handle the increased number of enrollments following the war and initiated measures to meet the sit uation the result of their con ferences was the establishment of the housing bureau whose pri mary function would be the pro curment of homes and rooms for students who could not be ac commodated in the dormitories lo cated on the campus miss student excuses from class remains unchanged if a student notifies the health service of his illness while he is sick if he vis its the health service or if he presents a note from a private physician whom were john i kilpatrick treasurer paul j frantz assistant director of ad missions wray h congdon dean of undergraduates and andrew w litzenberger superintendent of buildings and grounds these men realized that the university's housing facilities would be unable to handle the increased number of enrollments following the war and initiated measures to meet the sit uation the result of their con ferences was the establishment of the housing bureau whose pri mary function would be the pro curment of homes and rooms for students who could not be ac commodated in the dormitories lo cated on the
