expressed the urgency to resolve the many issues involving the minority sex on campus ota said last year a rally resulted from the incident and ralliers demanded action on part of the university to recognize women and their rights shortly following the rally a petition signed by faculty staff and students was submitted to the administration addressing the need to establish the child care
