in the dormitory if he studies mostly in the dormi tory then his semester grades will be averaged in with those of the others in his section and vice ver sa to arbitrate difficulties if any difficulties should arise between a fraternity and a dormi tory over this question a peaceable solution should be attempted be tween the fraternity president and the dormitory section president if a
