the mass in b minor friday at 4 p m cantatas 91 118 144 and 63 will be sung in the ev ening suite no 2 in b minor for flute and string and cantatas 125 161 and 50 will be rendered the saturday services at 2 30 p m and 5:00 p m will be devoted exclus ively to the mass in b minor lehigh faculty and student members of the choir are dr shields director of music arthur w kline professor of mechanical engineering william b todd arts 40 james k binder arts 41 quentin r keith arts 40 and robert young 39 patrons of the bach choir live in 18 states and two foreign coun tries the extremes being calif ornia and france the majority of patrons come from pennsylvania and new york the record crowd which is ex pected is representative of almost all the states in the union and sev eral being calif ornia and france the majority of patrons come from pennsylvania and new york the record crowd which is ex pected is representative of almost all the states in the union and sev eral foreign countries the choir and its music have attracted peo ple from all over the world plans for the annual alumni june celebration to be held on june 7 and 8 have been completed according to william a cornelius executive secretary of the alumni association among the features of this year's program will be the presentation of the bosey rei ter portrait at the alumni banquet which will be held in the ballroom of the hotel bethlehem friday june 7 the formal organization of a new alumni organization the fifty-year plus club will take place at the home of c a buck 87 on saturday evening another innovation of this year's celebration will be the manner in which sen iors will be initiated into the le high alumni association previous ly they were accepted by a stand ing vote of the association in the presence of the president of the senior class while this year the whole class will be present at noon on friday the weekend formally opens with a luncheon meeting of the members of the board of directors the presidents of alumni clubs all over the u s and chairmen of all standing com mittees of the alumni association to be held at the bethlehem club will hold open discussion at 4:00 p m there will be an open discussion meeting in the faculty room in the memorial building in the evening at 7 o'clock the annual alumni banquet will take place in the hotel bethle hem with alfred v bodine 15 as toastmaster at the same time the wives of the alumni and the faculty will hold their banquet in the fountain room of the hotel after the dinner the alumni will attend an informal
