committee hobart is site of conference william lyon phelps lecture series group named noted educator to be final attraction april 12 at broughal high final lecturer billy phelps will conclude lecture series price — five cents democracy topic of stace lecture blake society sponsors professor's speech the philosophy of democracy will be explained by prof walter t stace of princeton university at 8 o'clock this evening in packard auditorium this lecture which will be open to the general public is sponsored by the robert w blake society honorary philosoph ical group in conjunction with the faculty lectures committee this lecture will be the second speech of a series concerning isms which folows the talks on the philosophy of fascism giv en last fall by dr herbert schnei der professor of
