engaged in ordnance activities for the past 30 years after his graduation from the united states military academy in june 1907 he served in the coast artillery until his transfer to the ordnance stations on na tion-wide hook-ups to be second lehigh concert the april concert will be the second one presented at lehigh university a capacity audience hailed this choral group when it appeared on
