committee denying an air force rotc senior from graduating with less than the required 120 credits was overturned in a 39-37 vote at the faculty meeting monday the student elizabeth campbell appealed to sos feb 22 to accept six additional credits of rotc toward graduation claiming her adviser had told her that all 12 of her rotc credits would be counted toward graduation according to dean of
