rivals lehigh favored meet again may 16 the lehigh tennis team scor ed another victory on lkst wed nesday afternoon when they de feated the lafayette racquet wielders by the score of 6-3 five of the six singles match es went to the brown and white sullivan playing first singles defeated moore the delaware state champion after having dropped the first set the scores were 2-6 6-4 6-4 the only lafayette victory came in the second singles match when captain delin scored in straight sets over trumbull 8-6 6-4 captain miller had an easy time in disposing of went the lehigh man won in straight sets mcfadden turned in a fine exhibition of tennis while defeating young 6-0 and 6-4 doty played harris and gave the brown and white another con on page 2 col 3 final plans for sub-fresh man day which will be held here tomorrow were formulat ed wednesday evening at the sword and crescent meeting held at the kappa sigma house although the substance of the arrangements for tomorrow ap pears on equal that of any college in the middle at lantics however track meets cannot be won with only first places coach kanaly made the statement that with the co operation and hard work of the second and third place men lehigh could be expected to be in the first or the second place at the intercollegiates at the try outs held last wed nesday the coach seemed pleas ed with the time of the chal lengers
