outstanding star for the maroon captain hess returns the directors of the chamber of commerce at their weekly meeting at the hotel bethlehem today heartily endorsed the ten tative plans of lehigh univer sity professors to establish a radio station in this city men tion of which was made exclu sively in the globe about three weeks ago at the directors meeting to day president w s hutchin son stated that prof elias klein of the university had spoken to him recently about the plan the estimates of the initial cost run as high as 15,000 with a yearly mainten ance expense of from 2500 to 4000
