not consent to being responsible for their enforcement due to the extreme penalties connected with infringements on the rules as a result the power and duty of enforcement has been left to the council williams wins title on a heavy track the williams track team . overwhelmed am herst saturday by an 86-49 score thereby annexing the little-three championship and clinching the amherst-williams trophy of trophies for wil liams perkins ran a pretty quar ter in 51.3 and miller stepped some to annex the century in 10 flat mr h w hartness prominent engineer will be principal speaker of the evening the principal speaker for the lehigh valley engineering so ciety meeting on friday night at the hotel bethlehem will be mr s w hartness mr hart ness is a very porminent man in ! the engineering : field being president of the american engi neering council and his address is being looked forward to with much interest the meeting friday night will start promtply at 7 o'clock with a dinner after which 50 and against columbia by the score of 72 to 54 the lehigh team suffering under the recent close defeats at the hands of swarthmore and lafayette are conceded an excellent chance to take cap tain
