bud dashiell and travis edmonson better known as bud and travis will give a concert here dec 12 the folk singing duo is well-known for its wide repertoire which in cludes many foreign songs the concert is sponsored by the class of 67 sponsored by class of 67 bud and travis to sing peace corps representatives mr and mrs james borton will visit lehigh on wednesday thurs day and friday the husband-and-wife recruit ing team will appear at special luncheons dinners and discussion sessions during their three-day visit the team will be present at several classes but their exact itinerary has not as yet been set according to a letter sent to william l quay assistant dean of student life the peace corps is darwing more and more highly qualified applicants from colleges and universities like lehigh the letter stated that due to the demands upon students attention it is necessary that the peace ence on a 33 hour train trip from istanbul to izmur the bortons had neither food nor water he said two other passengers in the compartment opened their lunch basket and insisted on shar ing what they had with the bor tons god has given us respon sibility for you said the turks so please eat
