midnight friday and these are closed to all except members and their dates the 20 members of the house party judiciary committee assist ed by 20 deputies will check all living groups of the university and any off-campus establishments where three or more couples might be expected to congregate the judiciary group will be on the prowl beginning friday dur ing the concert checking that no parties commence before mid night all living groups will be checked extensively during the weekend with particular scrutiny of groups noted in violations last year all parties after the concert must end by 4 added dean yates introduced dr dale r simpson associate professor of geology and dr james r frakes associate professor of english who spoke to the parents later in the program yates said that the term liberal arts is often unfortunate ly identified with things artistic and that other educators some times hold to the idea that the study of any one field can lead to a liberal education he challenged the harvest moon party delta chi will lay it on the line while delta phi holds an elephant joke party a play boy layout will be held by delta sigma phi and delta tau delta will hold an lbj cookout a
