notify the president a week in advance or obtain the unanimous consent of the body as participants they would be seat ed at the meeting table instead of in chairs along the walls like other spectators the offical green light from the bursar's office will be forced to register late and will be assessed the late registration fee wagner intimated those who cannot finance the tui tion ahead of registration or who have other financial complications must obtain an equivalent receipt from the bursar before picking up their tickets wagner estimated that by placing the financial end of registration be fore the clerical more than 200 men an hour will be speeded through the checkers last year's rate was about 150 in addition to cutting one day from registration the automat ic filling in of three tickets will also be eliminated tickets seven and eight the stu dent's receipt of payment will be filled in and stamped first tickets four five and six will be eliminated at least their automatic filling in these are still on file in arcadia and the dean's office from last registra tion checkers will show the old file card to the student to ascertain whether any changes have been score against rutgers wednesday night he was fouled and seconds later made it a three-point play gleckner also scored 14 more as lehigh poured it on the scarlet 81-66 by john crane dick slaff and lehigh's basketball team caught fire in the second half wednesday night and behind slaff's scoring spree the engineers halted a highly-touted rutgers five 81-66 in a foul-ridden game in grace hall slaff tallied 15 points after the intermission as the engineers broke a 33-33 halftime deadlock driving and fast-breaking well the lehigh forward relied on ac curate one-handers and lay-ups to score
